Step 4: Proof of Payment

Payments made through direct deposit, online banking or wire transfer must be verified by an image of the payment receipt. Kindly upload your receipt using the WhatsApp button below. 

  • Q: What happens after I make a payment and upload the receipt?
    A: Once you upload your receipt, our admissions team will verify the payment. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with further instructions on setting up your student’s Google Classroom account.
  • Q: What happens after I make a payment online via PayPal or Visa?
    A: Online payments are automatically processed, and you will receive an instant confirmation email. Within 24 hours, our team will verify your enrollment and send your login details along with orientation instructions.
  • Q: How do full-time students attend orientation?
    Full-time students must attend a live virtual orientation covering: How to access classes via Google Meet. Submitting assignments via Google Classroom. Expectations and class schedules. Introduction to academic coaching and student support services.
  • Self-paced login
    A: Self-paced students receive login details for the Wix online learning platform, where they can access lessons, assignments, and progress tracking. They are also given access to support resources and optional academic coaching sessions.
